The villa has everything we needed. Kitchen was equipped by all the necessary kitchen utensils. All bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. All outside's facilities also were perfect: terrace, pool, barbeque. Daily cleaning was done for both indoor and outdoor areas. Couple times we decided to organize a BBQ party and we ordered fish from the host. So their chef prepared the fish for the BBQ (butchered and pickled) and it costed us at least 3 times cheaper than unprepared fresh fish you can buy in shops or restaurants. And the last thing is The Host. Mr. Manuel was always ready to help. He provided us with advice where to go, where to eat, what to see. Manuel thank you very much once again for your attention to us, and for your hospitality. We imperatively recommend this property for everyone!

Actually I don’t leave reviews,but this hotel is too good and lovely! Actually they are renovated everything , so now it’s more modern than in the photos. everything was excellent! Very good location ,very kindly staff. In the evening you have good DJ in Cibus restaurant/bar , pool in the evening is magic. Defined recommending and of course we come back !

The hosts were there waiting for us with the keys and a friendly greeting, they also provided us with a traditional greek dish one evening. The highlight of the villa was the pool which was well lit so we were lounging in it whenever we were at the villa. It's located fairly central between Lindos and Rhodos Town, which are definitely cities to visit if you enjoy nightlife but also sightseeing. Also the Seven Springs are a 30 Minute walk away which are a must visit, especially the tunnel lake.

The house was lovely and comfortable. Lots of great recommendations of places to eat and close location to lots of beaches. We went to Tsambika beach most days due to the sand and shallow waters for swimming with a young child (10 minute drive) but there is one with pebbles just 200m away. Recommend having a car.

A fantastic villa with an elegant pool in a well-maintained plot with nice planting. It has plenty of room both inside and out, is private and secluded, and yet just a short stroll to the family-friendly streets of Kolimbia for food, shopping and entertainment. The villa has everything you'd need for a really comfortable stay: from air conditioning to streaming tv. Kolimbia itself makes an excellent base to see Rhodes by car: it's midway between the two main towns of Rodos and Lindos, each a 30-45 minute drive and both a must-see. From the villa, it's a few minutes to walk to the beach, but there are several other beaches in a 10-30 minute drive that are well worth the visit (our favourite was Agathi Beach).

The location is very secluded - it's the best thing and worst thing about the property. Best in that you can really kick back and get away from it all in beautiful surroundings. Worst in that the 10 min dirt track ride to and fro gets to be a bit of a drag and hard on your vehicle (though we managed with a Renault Clio, so you don't need a 4x4, but it might be better). The pool is lovely, again great in some ways -for adults but not that there is no shallow end so no suitable for small kids/small non-swimmers, but most adults would be at least in depth throughout. But it is a decent size and we used it heavily. The spec of the villa is high and it is very comfortable. We had a few issues with power cuts during the stay but they were dealt with very efficiently by the owners.
