The breakfast was amazing with a variety of selection to choose from. Martina was extremely helpful in providing us and giving suggestions on where to visit. She was friendly and polite to interact with. I wish every person I encountered was open and non judgmental.

Samuel and the staff were extremely friendly and responsive to our every need and communication was very good before our stay ensuring I was allocated a room that was suitable for my disability.
Our apartment had a fabulous terrace with stunning views of the mountains. It was right next to the pool with distant views of the sea, which we could also see from the 3 windows in the lounge.
The cleaning was of impeccable standard by a very friendly and polite girl called Dimitra, she was superb! We were surprised to find that cleaning was offered every day with sheets changed when necessary and fresh towels on our third day.
The hotel was very quiet with respectful guests, you could hear road noise from the outside terraces but not from inside the room but even outside it was not intrusive.

Although it is 7 km from the beach it is a superb location with beautiful sea views, large clean pool. We had impeccable support from the lady. Villa is equipped with everything needed for a family. Outside by the pool there is a terrace with table and barbecue where you can spend the afternoon in peace. Worth the 10+ and we will be back with great pleasure.

A lovely 11 days stay in a spacious villa with plenty of facilities and very clean. Michalis is a fabulous host, visiting every day to empty bins, clean the pool and answer any questions (and equally happy to not visit if you don't need him). He's also always available on WhatsApp for any questions.
Finding homemade Pasticcio cooked and ready for us on arrival was very welcome after travelling. As was finding the fridge well stocked with essentials for our first day...so no rushing to the supermarket on arrival.
The villa is excellent...spacious, very clean, well supplied in all respects whether it is towels or sun loungers. The dishwasher and washing machine really helped.
The town is a short walk away (along or across a busy road) and take a torch in the evenings if you will walk home (Michalis kindly provides one). Or take a taxi for 5 or 6 €. All the taxi companies are good, and book your transfer from the airport direct with them as cheaper than airport taxi transfer.
If you hire a car, hire in the town after arrival, not from the airport....its MUCH cheaper.

absolutely unique place, apart from the fantastic location and beautiful views, clean rooms, great atmosphere. We were so well taken care of on site that it was a pity to leave, delicious breakfast. Adonis the owner is wonderful, cheerful and very hospitable and Viviene is the heart of this place. I recommend it to anyone who wants to fall in love with Crete and the people living here. Not only the location to visit the Rethymno region is perfect, the facilities with restaurant and swimming pool, and the room overlooking the mountains ( a real treat in the evening) are excellent. However, what makes the real difference is the family atmosphere: Angelica and her mother take really good care of you, and you feel like a cousin invited to a home. The food is made with local materials and we would recommend you try the Fennel pie! Breakfast keeps you going for most of the day, brunch style !

Everything you need for a family holiday. The pool was clean, the rooms were well appointed. The kitchen area had everything we needed. The fridge freezer was huge and efficient.
‘Does it have a pool?’ is arguably one of the most common questions when booking a stay in any location. These hotels offer a great way to keep active during your holiday without having to hit the gym. Indoor pools allow you to practice your backstroke come rain or shine, whereas outdoor options allow you to relax on a sun lounger after swimming a few lengths.
Family run, had a nice feel with Roses in the garden and allotment plots with veggies growing. Decent pool which was clean and lovely views over the hills. 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment which was good value for money, newly refurbished. Very quiet, not many other guests.
Lovely warm welcome by Maria who showed us our room and gave us our welcome drinks. Staff hospitality and friendliness in unmatched, such nice people!
The hotel is very modern with beautiful, spacious and very clean rooms. Pool is big given the size of the hotel with plenty of sun beds. Hotel is located in a quiet street and in close proximity to some very good restaurants and pubs.

Very clean and modern hotel with excellent clear water pool, comfortable beds and calm atmosphere. Friendly and accommodating staff made sure that we had everything for the comfort - fridge, slippers, bathrobes. We felt very welcome and appreciated that our early check-in request was met.
Huge plus is the hotels location: near the lake Kournas and a very short drive to Rethymno. Restaurants, beach and shopping made us stay in the area and we have visited cities only for sightseeing.
It was very spacious and spotlessly clean with regular housekeeping and well equipped for self catering. We loved the pool and garden as it was very hot when we were there.
Very comfortable apartment with a comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, very good wifi. it has a large outdoor area. You are very close to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants in the area.
The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was lovely and whilst the pools were cold we had a great time lazing about in them. The private pool wasn't totally private but it was nice to have our own little space to float around in! The facilities were clean and the ambience was perfect down to the music that was played. This was also the first time I experienced the room being bigger than it looks in the picture! It was a wonderful stay and we hope to go back to Nima again next year!
Everything was perfect from the staff to room and also breakfast was perfect, the rooms are exceptional especially the ones with private pool, they also prepared the room with roses 🌹 for my wife's birthday for a small fee, thank you very much for the service offered we will be back for sure on our next visit to Crete, loved 🤩 every moment of it
