Most activities were complimentary and well organised including daily reef snorkelling cruises. All staff were professional and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay memorable.

Everyone was so friendly. When I initially booked I had to make three different bookings (in different rooms) as there was none available for the full 5 nights we wanted to be there, upon arrival they upgraded us to stay in one room the whole 5 nights which was amazing. The poolside room was perfect for our family, our boys (5 and 7) spent majority of the holiday in the pool. We were all exhausted at the end of each day so didn't get to see many of the evening activities.

Loved the island, just fantastic from start to finish. The location is wonderful. We stayed in a villa that was very private and not overlooked with our own plunge pool. The room design was particularly attractive. The bathroom was modern and bright. The foliage on the terrace and around the pool was lovely. The sea view was great.
Have to mention the staff - Nancy and Patrick head the exceptional team there. SO friendly, extending a real Fiji family welcome. Nothing too much trouble.

Lovely tranquil island. Small enough to feel secluded but large enough to not feel crowded at all, even though they were fully booked. Lovely snorkeling beach but very tide dependent. The pool area is very nice with lovely views. The staff were all very friendly and attentive.

Loved our stay. Matamanoa resort is truly paradise. Our room was so beautiful with steps down to a beautiful beach. Loved the outdoor area with our own plunge pool.Food was excellent and staff so friendly. We arrived a few days after cyclone but the staff had the grounds looking good. Beautiful location. Beachfront Bures with plunge pools are lovely with great outdoor space, daybed, sunbeds, table and chairs.
The water sports activities were good - quality equipment and well organised.
