The absolute beachfront Serenity Island Resort features a bar, a restaurant, and a swimming pool. All accommodation offers beach or garden views.

Absolutely blissful island, a true slice of serenity! It was a beautiful island completely isolated from the mainland and any other resorts. It made for a very personal and private experience. The staff were amazing and made the effort to remember your name and create a personal experience. I purchased an additional private picnic lunch which was held in a beautiful location and the staff catered to our needs. The food was also great, and although others have mentioned that the food may take time to prepare we had no poor experience with this. The food was delicious and did not take long to arrive. Also the option to freely walk around the island, exploring from the paths that run through the bush/jungle or from the sandy beaches. This is a great location if you want to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet.

There are 36 spacious ‘bures’ (bungalows) and villas at the resort, all of which have been decorated in a colourful island style. Choose between the garden and ocean bures or the larger 2-bedroom villa which have their own private swimming pools.

It was very clean. the staff was so friendly and helpful in every way. Food was delicious. We had a room with an ocean view and nice screened in porch. they had live music in the evenings with 3 men singing and playing guitars…very nice! Hammocks and the swing were fun.

Set on 5 acres of tropical gardens featuring orchids, The Fiji Orchid offers a restaurant and swimming pool. It features massage facilities and a sun terrace. The property is just 400 metres from Saweni Beach.

Fantastic service from the moment that we arrived until we left, amazing staff that go out of their way to exceed your expectations. Nothing was ever to much trouble and the pool is amazing. Food was out of this world and a good range (make sure that you ask for the chicken curry Yummy) Peter and Jenny, the owners are extremely friendly and have a wealth of information about Fiji

Looking for a hotel with pools?

‘Does it have a pool?’ is arguably one of the most common questions when booking a stay in any location. These hotels offer a great way to keep active during your holiday without having to hit the gym. Indoor pools allow you to practice your backstroke come rain or shine, whereas outdoor options allow you to relax on a sun lounger after swimming a few lengths.

The location was amazing, the Bures were right on the beach and the snorkelling was fantastic, the staff were very friendly and the pool/bar set up has great potential. Great sunsets too!

Bure’s were lovely, nice setting and very clean. Some staff were great but others may benefit from additional training. Bar and food offerings limited by what was available at the time so may be useful to condense menus to make it easier as seems often running out of ingredients. Pool is lovely but pool bathroom/showers need significant work. Also available gear (eg snorkelling) is mostly broken and/or useless and very limited number which is disappointing if don’t have your own.

Wonderful resort on a 20-hectare/48-acre island. Tropical island dream setting; oceanfront bure right there on the water. Full resort treatment, including greeting by friendly and solicitous staff. Bure has nice bathroom and an outdoor porch. Air conditioned. A hammock, even. Breakfast. Complete access to the small island, easy to walk around with very nice beaches.

Breakfast was good. In fact all the food was good. The Bure was very good, attractive, clean comfortable and everything one could need. Aircon, lighting, jug, tea coffee and milk provided, comfy bed, spacious bathroom, good hot water, only the fridge didn't seem to work although not a problem for us. The gardens were nice and neat and well kept. The walk around the island is lovely and only takes about 30 mins. The sandy beaches on the other side of the island were better for swimming. Generally the staff were lovely and friendly.

The staff are super welcoming and friendly. It was great that they showed us where the best place to swim was and were always looking out for us. The rooms are lovely and clean and comfortable. The rooms are far enough apart to be private and give a sense of space. The outlook onto the beach and ocean is great. The ocean is clean and clear. The walking track around the island is well maintained and accessible. It was easy to walk on and relaxing.
