Fantastic location! Breakfast on the terrace was fabulous each morning with the outstanding view over the golf course to the sea and Gibraltar. Enjoyable 10 or 12 minute walk down the beach to a couple of interesting beach restaurant/ bars. Apartment was spacious, clean and fit out in a modern and comfortable standard (4 star level if in a hotel).

The apartment location was excellent, lift available to all floors, apartment block in good repair and very clean. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, all essentials in the apartment as advertised, the pool was clean and organised. Several supermarkets within walking distance and many, many places to eat offering a wide variety of international food. Thank you to the owner for providing such a great service.

Very lovely place to stay. Maria is a great host. We had our own parking space and also plenty of parking lots right in front of the entrance, so this was very convenient. Maria showed us how to reach the pools, what is the shortcut to the beach and explained where we can have a drink or a proper meal. Apartment was just as lovely as in description, it had everything we needed, it also had a capsule coffee machine and a dishwasher, air conditioning was working just fine. There are 2 bedrooms, one of them has it's own bathroom, but the real advantage it this please is a huge terrace with side sea view. So we loved our stay there, it was very cozy :)

Our favorite was the huge terrace with a perfect sea view and relaxing furniture. The whole apartment is really well equipped, so is the kitchen as the bathroom or the bedroom. The location is also great and silent. The flat is in a guarded urbanization with nice garden, pool, parking place. You can find supermarket, bar, pizzeria and pharmacy in the immediate vicinity. Gibraltar is in 25minutes drive, Tarifa in 40min.
We spent 5 days there, loved it really much, would return anytime :)

Owners very communicative via Booking; had to arrange a property manager to bring the keys. Having a specific time of arrival at the property important for a smooth transition. Super clean, plenty of household items, perfectly functioning air conditioning systems, pool pretty convenient. Very nice linens.

1. Great location. We went on a golf trip and the house is very close to Real Club Valderrama and Sotogrande. Close to the
Port/Marina where they have amazing restaurants. Very safe location since the house is in a gated community.
2. Property itself. We had a beautiful view of the backyard where there are mature trees, a pool, with the sounds of birds chirping in the morning.
3. Host. Jess was very accommodating and helpful, communicated well, reached out to us as soon as we booked his place.
Very beautiful villa on a hillside with view of garden, pool and nothing else but nature. Very quiet and peaceful, while at the same time only 3 mins away from the highway (car recommended, parking in front of the house was no problem). The host, Jess, was uncomplicated, friendly and helpful!
It’s beautiful -a house built by the owners in a Mexican style, richly decorated and the walls are in such a warm colour. Comfortable king size bed, nice sized bathroom with a good shower. We didn’t try the pool, it’s a bit early in the year yet but it’s a good size and would be lovely in warmer weather.
Excellent and varied breakfast, everything tasty and fresh, beautifully presented, and plenty without being overwhelming.
It's a very nice property with kind and helpful owners. We really enjoyed our stay even though we came after the season and it's definitely not the time when you can fully enjoy all its features. The property itself is lovely and it's so awesome to spend the evening chilling in the garden, by the pool.
