Our overall stay was great. Staf were extremely helpful and attended to any requests promptly. We would go back anytime. The pool bar, spa and restaurat service were great and even better was having the airport transfer included.

perhaps women in Spain do not organise hotels stays for themselves ....

The hotel request to file an arrival transport questionnaire with ALL personal data is overdone ,
there is no safeguard to hand over so much personal information,
the reception staff should still do some check in themselves ,

Quim and Evi were of genuine kindness, very welcoming, friendly and hospitable. We do not speak any Spanish, so communicating was a bit difficult, but we always managed to get somehow understood and the service was great.The breakfast was amazing, containing fresh quality products only. It would be useful to put English or French translations of the names of the products on a list, though, as we did not always know what we were eating ;-) but that was not a problem, rather an exciting culinary discovery. Spa facilities looked really nice but would have necessitated some time for heating. I would have loved to have a dip into to the pool, but it was too cold which is a pity. But it is true we did our booking in the last minute, and for February, so I can understand this. For spring/summer season, I think it woud be great if your spa facilities could be included in the room price instead of costing extra - that would be good value for money for your clients. Amazing Catalan breakfast, outdoor pool and gardens, beautiful building, beautiful spa. Staff was helpful. Tons of space indoors and outdoors, the place doesn’t feel crowded

An excellent hotel based around a spa and connected to an amazing spa resort just a short walk down the road. Rooms cleaned every day to a sparkling finish. Relaxed atmosphere with a wonderful outdoor pool. Lots of areas outside to sit and relax during the day or in the evening including a large veranda. Helpful courteous staff. Wonderful breakfast with everything you would hope for. The evening restaraunt is also excellent with an 'all you can eat and drink' buffet. The hotel has bikes to rent for small journeys around the local area.

Friendly staff and very helpful to accommodate all our needs. There’s a lot of space outdoors at different parts of the property’s grounds to enjoy seating, sunbathing, drinks, walks, yoga, meditation or a swim.
Nice breakfast and calm room! Everything we needed to relax for a few days :)
