In a lovely quiet complex with a large shared pool.
The old lock on front door malfunctioned & our hosts responded within 5 mins. The lock was adjusted to ease opening. But a locksmith replaced it next day. Very impressed. Plus as we were arriving late evening. The host did a shop for us which we paid for & was there when we arrived.
A lovely beach with a bar was less than 5 mins walk. A fabulous local restaurant & bar 3 mins walk.Caleta beach, restaurants & supermarket 12 mins walk. Cidadel 45 mins walk along coast & a €3.80 bus ride back. Magic!

It was in a very quiet location and it was very private. The layout of the apartment was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked for an extra pillow which was brought to us within 5 minutes. We asked for a smaller cooking pan and a brand new one was brought to us the following day. Clean towels were provided every other day and the apartment was cleaned after the first week and fresh bedding provided.

The accommodation was easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. It was clean and comfortable and the air-con was brilliant. Juan-Miguel, the manager, was extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

Property location is amazing. Couldn’t be closer to everything! 1 minute walk to marina , shops , restaurants bars etc!
The Complex is gorgeous end apartment with a little grassy area perfect to sit out on your loungers / chairs . Pool is amazing so clean and we had it to ourselves most days! Bring your own pool towel , apartment didn’t have any .
2 mins walk to the beach from the side gate ! Supermarket 2/3 walk so handy!
No bins in the complex but bins provided on the road round by the beach so no big deal.
Apartment is perfect for 2 could maybe do with some wine glasses & bowls that’s about all it’s missing! There is a washing machine & clothes rack also.
Max was so fantastic with contact! Anytime we needed anything he replied straight away, even accommodated us with late check out !

Cleaning was ok but could be better
We loved it! Villa is just amazing. In reality, it looks better than on the photographs. All that you need is there. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious, and the living room is fantastic.
Host very pleasant. Swimming pool well maintained and very clean. Patio has it all. Summer kitchen and bbq. It's just perfect.
Very nice complex, the swimming pool, playground and on site restaurant make the stay very pleasant and convenient. The staff was friendly, the apartment was very comfortable. Parking was no issue and it takes 5' to get to downtown Ciutadella.
Friendly staffs. Good breakfast with loots of options for everyone. Big swimming pool. Nice shower. Reception with prosecco for my boyfriend and as I don't drink alcohol they brought me orange juice. Nice from them. We tried to pay late check out, but they didn't have availability, so they let us to leave our bags in a room and take a shower after our check out.
