We received an upgrade to a bigger room and it was fabulos, with a very nice view and very clean. The hotel is located in a quiet area, near a park. The city center is just 15 minutes walk. They have a private parking but if it's full there is a free parking nearby. I absolutely recommend this hotel, it has all: calm atmosphere, green surroundings (a beautiful garden) and really nice views.

Excellent View of Mt Teide, the ocean and palm trees. The apartment has an outdoor terrace with table, chairs and loungers, super comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, beautiful pool with separate kiddie area, loungers and umbrellas. Host greeted us, he was very helpful, quick responses. When my wife broke her ankle they located stores for crutches and a pharmacy for meds. We can not thank them enough for their kindness. The building is quiet, restful, well maintained and has an elevator. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and a kiddie park. There is even a night desk clerk. Beautiful birdsong throught the day .

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood. Close to Martianez (just 10 minutes down/up, but by a very steep road/stairs! - be warned if you have any health-related issues or mobility limits), to Plaza del Charco it's 20 minutes. There's a small supermarket on a parallel street with a bakery (5 minutes walk). There's a small but beautiful swimming pool with sun beds (open until 20!),. There are bus stops nearby. A taxi from Plaza de los Reyes Catolicos costs just 4€. There's a good and fast internet connection! There are a lot of parking spaces nearby but be warned that finding a spot in high season might be problematic nevertheless. The apartment is spacious - we would even say the space is unused! There's a small kitchen annexe with a big refrigerator. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable and big. There are sockets (outlets) next to beds prepared which isn't that obvious following our experience! There's a lovely dining room. New and clean bed linens, towels, and a wardrobe full of replacements. There's a small collapsible sofa in the living room, perfect for 1-2 kids. Despite minor things, we would recommend the apartment and the host (who BTW only speaks Spanish - for us this wasn't a problem) and we will surely consider it as a place to stay during our next trip to Tenerife.
