Fantastic property for a family holiday. We stayed as two families (2 adults 2 children each), one upstairs and one downstairs (be aware the downstairs bedrooms and bathroom are separate to the main house).Incredible views, great pool, lovely outdoor kitchen with fridge/freezer. The main house had a well equipped kitchen, lounge and an outdoor balcony for eating on, with perfect views over the hills. The quiet local village is a short drive or walk down the hill with a supermarket, butchers, restaurants and bars. Also there is a public pool which was worth a visit and great beaches a short drive away. We would definitely return to this property.

Casa Mistela is a beautiful, charming boutique hotel in the picturesque town of Xaló. It is a peaceful and relaxing place to stay, with a variety of authentic local restaurants within easy walking distance. I was only there one night but John and Sonja were fabulous hosts from start to finish and provided a wonderful breakfast. Excellent value for money and would highly recommend.

A wonderful quiet place outside the village close to the mountains. Lovely and well equipped appartments, a nice swimming pool, charming places to sit outside, a gas grill and a tea-/coffee house. Very friendly and helpful hosts. A place definitely to recommend for a relaxing holiday.

Beautifully styled property with plenty of areas relax in and a good size swimming pool. Excellent breakfast, very hospitable hosts, love it there and will definitely return.
We loved everything about the Villa. The location was fantastic with amazing views over the valley with the sea in the distance. The Villa was equipped with everything we might have needed for our stay. Although we didn't use the pool, it was crystal clear and very inviting with sunloungers dotted around. In fact, we would quite happily have spent our time relaxing at the Villa if we hadn't needed to go to a family wedding. Would definitely book again if in the area and for longer.
The location was perfect for us seeing family friends.

Sabine & Fritz are such warm people treated us like friends rather than paying guests. The pool area is fantastic & everything that would would need has been provided for in the rooms.
Fritz&Sabrina were perfect hosts. They greeted us on arrival and showed us around the Villa. They explained which areas we were allowed to use.
The apartment was perfect 👌 spotlessly clean and tidy. There were towels for the pool area and in the apartment. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook . Perfect home from home 🏡

La Mandarina is comfortable and very well equipped for a lovely restful holiday. The hosts Sabine & Fritz have ensured that everything possible is available. The outdoor facilities are superb, as are the views.
Unfortunately illness prevented us from taking advantage of all the area has to offer, but the sun shone almost every day of our 2 week holiday.
Knowing that our hosts were available should we need them, they live above the apartment, was reassuring. They are friendly but not obtrusive.
