Susana at the reception went above and beyond of helping us get checked in, recommendations in the area and was just the most helpful and lovely. The facilities are incredibly clean and in good nick. The towel rental was much appreciated and so are the luggage store and shower facilities after check out time.

Plenty of great facilities for a boutique hotel (tennis court, well equipped gym, pools etc), well equipped rooms for self catering, well sized, nicely kept beautifully decorated common areas.
The hotel is beautiful, particularly the gorgeous pools, seating areas, and restaurant. We also had a lovely view from our room where we enjoyed some of the lovely sunset colors reflected over the salt pools. The ambiance is relaxed and the hotel feels like a slice of Heaven.
The hotel grounds were really beautiful and well kept and the swimming pools were very quiet and peaceful - definitely does not feel like you are so close to the airport. It was nice to have the choice between different pools.
The room was plenty large enough with a really comfortable bed and a nice patio area to sit out.
Staff were generally very helpful with calling taxis etc and we also used the free bikes to cycle to the beach which was great.
I would definitely book this hotel again.
