The property is just beautiful. The decor, the location , the outside space the use of the pool. We loved every minute of our stay. And we will be looking to return next year. Great location to explore from. The hosts are very attentive. Met us at the property. Nothing too much trouble. Sent us texts of places to eat and things to do but to be honest we just loved exploring by day popping to the local supermarket on the way home and then eating dinner on the roof terrace literally watching the world go by - it was an amazing few days away. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Location and facilities were great for us as we were visiting family on the urbanisation. Perfect for families, we went with our 7 month old baby.
Any issues raised were resolved and hosts / keyholder were very responsive and accommodating. We would book again.

It's a lovely apartment with all the bells and whistles. Kitchenette, with pots/cutlery, some tea, salt/spices. TV with a variety of channels, comfortable bed and clean showers. I felt as if I could live there!!

Nice villa but could do with updating. Great space for families and teenagers as it has a separate underbuild with kitchen and bathroom leading straight out to the pool. 5 bedrooms in total.
The pool was lovely and was maintained to a high standard. ( the pool people came twice a week.)

We had the root top terrace apartment. The whole apartment was tastefully decorated the air con was great and the bed was super comfy.
There were only 6 rooms and we pretty much had the whole villa and pool to ourselves which was really nice.
Next door is a 6 star restaurant under the same ownership as the apartments and we ate there twice. It was amazing food and really good value for money too
We stayed here for my sister’s birthday and we’re not disappointed. Everything was beautiful. The rooms are stunning, the pool area is amazing. They even upgraded our room to make sure we had the best experience possible. We ate in the restaurant and had the 7 tapas menu. OMG the food and service were amazing too, a true 5 star experience
Very clean house, nice decor, quiet location not far from supermarkets. Host was nice and met us on time . Air con seemed to work good, beds comfy and big. Nice sun on the rooftop and pool would be nice if you wanted to use it. Wi-Fi worked okay around 12mb .
Would definitely stay again
The property was clean and really well decorated, it’s very well kept and having 2 bathrooms was a bonus. Lovely balcony to sit and enjoy the afternoon sun and the rooftop pool didn’t feel communal at all.
The air conditioning in the bedroom worked really well and that matched with the comfortable beds, I had a great night's sleep.
The house itself is beautifully decorated with lots of mod cons and a smart TV.
Great to have a private pool
Loved the location close to family and amenities in Formentera. Loved the coolness of the basement bedrooms. Loved the rooftop pool and terrace and the views from the rooftop. It was great to have a hairdryer and a washing machine provided, so we didn't have to take a large suitcase. Also the service from Djimmy, who met us, was excellent - prompt, efficient, polite, friendly, respectful, very helpful. We would definitely use this apartment again.
very welcome owners, nice swimming pool and atmosphere. super clean and modern. They also have a restaurant with a live music. joga in the garden. Highly recommend this place.
