It was our third stay in this hotel as we love it.
Staff are always so helpful & friendly we really can’t fault them. Location is excellent just a 2 minute walk from the beach & restaurants/shops etc.

We have really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well kept. The location was also nice around 30mins to Mountain Tiede and same for the south coast.
The receptionist also spoke english and took care of our dietary requirements for the morning breakfast. There is fixed sort of breakfast however they do add something extra for the day.

The hotel is beautifully adorned with Aztec Art and Canarian history, which was a pure joy to see. The hotel has a Spa facility attached, although the Spa is a very small Spa, the massage and beauty treatments are completely 5 star. One of the best massages I have ever experienced . The breakfast was also wonderful and offered bespoke meals.
