Ramon, Sandra and Laura are lovely people and the place is amazing! I highly recommend it to spend quality time with family since you will be surrounded by nature and can fully disconnect. I have traveled with my husband, my mom and my baby, who is one year old. The place has a kitchen with everything. This allowed is to cook which is a must for my husband and I when we are traveling with our son. The pool is perfect as well. We will be back for sure :)

Very bad customer service and they didn’t know what they were doing ,
First given key which don’t work second time bed room have only 2 bed instead of 3 and 3rd time room card didn’t work and 4th time after 30 finally we were able to enter room and every time we need staff we couldn’t find on reception and have to wait for at least 5 minutes
