The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Swimming pool snd sauna also great and again spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This is my second time staying at this fantastic hotel, this hotel is very clean and has nice modern rooms, good air con which was needed during our stay as it was 35 degrees. Rooms and swimming pool are very clean. Massive choice of fresh food at breakfast. Something for everyone there. Staff through out the hotel are excellent and very friendly. Underground car parking which is easy to find. Hotel is in a great location and easy enough to walk round the city or get the tram from outside the hotel. I can’t wait to visit again
Great breakfast, countless options, I stayed to short to try them all. Restaurant has a balcony with fantastic view of the fortress.

Hotel is next to conference centre and there were many conference guests there, I was a bit afraid they will be having fun all night (as you do during conferences ;), but either rooms are very silent or that was a conference for introverts
It was OK but nothing to rave about. A bit bland but very clean and everything worked and was as it should be. Swimming pool water was exceptionally clean and clear despite being cold but was refreshing.
