The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and offered a welcome drink, which was a first.

Breakfast was served in a special floor with good choice of food.
Parking was in front of the hotel but on public soil so we had to get a ticket, was quite cheap (1,70 EUR)
As a last minute choice the hotel was more than good.
We could find plenty of food joints in the vicinity for dinner in spite of being there on Monday (lots were closed).

The host was very friendly and he wanted to give me the keys in person but we came. way to late so we arranged a spot for taking them over. Everybody was very friendly and the old castle has. a wonderful atmosphere.

‘Does it have a pool?’ is arguably one of the most common questions when booking a stay in any location. These hotels offer a great way to keep active during your holiday without having to hit the gym. Indoor pools allow you to practice your backstroke come rain or shine, whereas outdoor options allow you to relax on a sun lounger after swimming a few lengths.
The apartment was super close to town, had elevator and easy free parking. The wifi was fast, the indoor space was open and comfortable, had what you needed to be comfortable. Had a washer and walk in shower. Beds were comfortable. Owners were super friendly and helpful! Brand new apartment.
Dinner was excellent. I had spaetzle with onions and cheese - highly recommend. Beer is ice cold! Pool and sauna. Breakfast is huge. Watermelon, eggs, bacon, fresh breads and pretzels.
The hotel is located about only 200m away from the city centre and has a nice garden park with old trees at the rear, the rooms are modern, comfortable and clean, the staff is not only happy & friendly but also very helpful, there are free parking facilities (outdoors), all in all a really nice hotel which we shall book again when in Saarlouis.
