The staff were mostly friendly and where this was not the case it was due to language barriers or them being overworked/short staffed. Special shout out to the bartender who seemed to be working every day from morning to late at night in various roles and yet went out of his way to be helpful. Marianske Lazne is a quite relaxing town and Ensana hotel is an island of spa and wellness center which let you feel at home. Food is good, the room was very quite and the entire facility was very clean. Swimming pool with Jaccuzi and infra red beds - we stayed 3 days, enjoyed the parks and landscape
Excellent breakfast and dinner buffet, a lot of vegetables always available. The swimming pool is magnificent. Even though my room looked on the road and square, the nights (and days too) were perfectly quiet. What's also great about this hotel is the proximity of the colonnade and the park; indeed it is near everywhere you may want to go in the centre of the spa town.
The wellness area is great, there are 4 different types of sauna including a hammam.
The outdoor swimming pool was heated and the other swimming pools were also great.
There is a pillow menu so you could order a scented pillow (pine, lavender for example) which help for better sleep.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
We had a half board stay. The breakfast was very good and so the diner.
