It was clean, everday the stuff cleans your room. The view from hotel to the pool and seaside was nice also. There are a lot of shops, supermarkets and restaurants near the hotel. The center of Aiya Napa where you have a really nice restaurants is 5min walk from the hotel. Party scene where are all the bars and clubs for nightlife is less than 10min walk. Note: I was transfered to Nelia Gardens hotel. So this rating and comments are related to that hotel.

Extremely nice staff, they were always super helpful and positive. The apartment is nicely located - close enough to the city center that you can go everywhere by foot, but also far enough that it is quiet. The apartment was big (bigger than it looked on the pictures), clean (cleaned every day) with a large balcony. It has everything you need during your stay. I can highly recommend it!

This hotel is immaculate with the friendliest owner and team! Traditional Lebanonese breakfast was my favorite meal after 3 weeks traveling the island. Rooms are spacious with large patios and views of the pool and nature reserve. WiFi was strong and I was grateful with assistance arranging a shuttle and late check out. It's a quick walk to the sea or shopping and close to major bus stops, but not noisy at night. I will definitely return.

The staff were absolutely incredible! Very friendly, always smiling and making jokes. Many thanks to Violeta and Diego! As a whole, this is a beautiful hotel, looks new and well maintained. Rooms were comfortable. The hotel is located in the quieter part of the town, but still in very close proximity to restaurants, shops and a 12-minute walk to the beach. The pool was beautiful, warm and of a good size.
