Exceeded expectations! The stand alone suite/cabins are brand new, beautifully designed, very spacious. Grounds are nice, amazing views to the ocean, lots of birds, a lookout tower, pool, restaurant for an excellent optional breakfast. Really reasonable prices. For dinner the Cerro Lodge is very close. Birds right outside my door.

Amazing villas with an even better view. We stayed here for one night and the hotel helped us arrange a ride to the San Jose airport for the following morning. Everything was smooth. Only thing I might yeild if you do stay there is the town that is walkable did not seem very tourist friendly

Rancho Capulin is an elegant and beautiful work of architectual and landscape design. The views from there are gorgeous, and the sights and sounds of nature are plentiful and wonderful. The room was very serene and very comfortable. Breakfast was ample and delicious. The location is great. Quiet and tucked away, but only a few minutes from Carara National Park, and other local activities. We enjoyed everything about our stay.
