Despite its potential, there are still areas where this place could improve its service. The rooms are pleasant, comfortable, and clean, but there's a noticeable lack of sufficient lighting for those wanting to work indoors. On a positive note, the stunning view enhances the experience, and the communal pool meets expectations. While the background music is enjoyable, it tends to be somewhat repetitive, and the staff and guests create a friendly atmosphere.

Quite a unique place, this cabin set in a beautiful garden, with frogs, birds, hummingbirds, dogs and a cat and two lovely, caring hosts. The breakfast (different on the 2 days) was very nice and taken at an outdoor table with a beautiful peaceful view.

We absolutely loved our stay at Monte Magico! The spa facilities were exceptional, providing a truly relaxing experience. Rodrigo and his team offered excellent service throughout our visit. A special mention to Joyty and Margarita, who were particularly outstanding and attentive. The superb location offers stunning views and easy access to local attractions.

The customer service is out of this world. Camila, Carolina, Faber, Daniel, and Maria you made our stay unforgettable. The property is beautiful, the beds are soft and comfortable, food is great. That being said, the quality of the people is what makes this place amazing!

‘Does it have a pool?’ is arguably one of the most common questions when booking a stay in any location. These hotels offer a great way to keep active during your holiday without having to hit the gym. Indoor pools allow you to practice your backstroke come rain or shine, whereas outdoor options allow you to relax on a sun lounger after swimming a few lengths.
Lovely place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The views are incredible. I loved looking out over the mountains in the morning and hearing the birds singing. Very nice pool with attentive bar service and good value drinks. Food is basic, but plentiful and tasty. Rooms are basic but have what you need, including reliable air con. Very family-friendly. Great place if you want a relaxing couple of days away from the city. Would go again for sure.
Everything was great at this hotel.. amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome. The pool is amazing and the atmosphere in the hotel was really really nice!
Ideal place to break a trip between Zona Cafetera and Medellin. great for kids, with cool pools and playgrounds. you can also see cool animals on the property, such as Aras and huge iguanas.
Absolutely everything! The facilities are wonderful, the personell were super helpful and kind. The food offered at the restaurant was pretty good as well. The bedroom was big enough and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the game room and the swimming pools too.
