The Crown Plaza was very clean, and we enjoyed every thing, especially room, swimming pool, and the meal. while we were going back home, my little son found he lost penguin doll which was he always kept. he was very disappinted but, the employee include Yuki found the doll and announced they found and will send it to me.
so it was wonderful trip, and we hope visit again.
The staff were excellent and helpful. Manager Carson was particularly helpful.
