front desk service was okay, although we left one night earlier (was paid) and we've been told they cannot reimburse because we used a third party to book (booking.com)

The location was excellent, very close to the border. I really liked the layout of the room...it was very practical and there was enough space to put our luggage. The indoor pool was heated which was wonderful.
My daughter and I spent one night(Sunday) the hotel was nice,clean, comfortable,friendly staff,huge outdoor pool with comfy chairs and lounges.Nice little exercise room.Close to all amenities and beaches and U.S border.Would definitely stay again.
The staff was really kind and willing to attend any request. Alongside thoughtful amenities and general comfort, extremely clean & comfortable. We really liked the amenities. Never underestimate the value of hot, fresh coffee in the morning, great choices at breakfast, comfortable bed, free wifi, flat-screen TVs, swimming pool, cleanest room.
