Location, easy on and off from 401. Surprisingly quiet, rooms must be well insulated for sound. Swimming pool looked inviting but we had not brought our swim suits so we didn't actually use it. Will next time. We were meeting friends for breakfast, so we can't rate the hotel breakfast.
