The staff went above and beyond. We asked them to mail 2 postcards and they did without hesitation. They carried our bags when we arrived and as we were leaving. Turn down service with a fact card and mints! They exchanged currency for us to pay for a taxi. Very accommodating.

The room had a jaw-dropping view and everything was just so modern and new and shiny. Beautiful, clean architecture, integrated well into the cliff. A heated towel rack in the bathroom was almost too good to be true. Also, the seawater infinity pool right by the beach is just amazing. And as the beach is surrounded by cliffs and access points are limited it is nice and quiet there - no hordes of other tourists.
Getting back up to the room from the beach is a bit of a (2 minute) “hike”, i.e. don’t go if you can’t do steps or steep hills - but absolutely 100% worth it.

‘Does it have a pool?’ is arguably one of the most common questions when booking a stay in any location. We were looking to stay for a week at a place with beach access, a pool and convenient for going to restaurants in Hamilton via taxi. Coco Reef provided us with this. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We really liked the staff that served us breakfast each day. Our room was in a recently modernized building with an ocean view and easy access to the beach. The facilities were much more attractive than the ones pictured. The beach exceeded expectations.
Carole and Joe are delightful hosts. It felt like I was their personal friend visiting their lovely home and not just someone staying at a hotel. Loved swimming in their small but bay-side pool - believe to be rare in Hamilton/

Staff and views are amazing! Spaciousness of suites cant be beat. Double balcony was an nice treat too. We love full kitchens and this one was perfect. Pools were gorgeous and warm, very well maintained.
Carole and Joe were lovely hosts, very kinda and made sure we had a great time. The place is on a lovely stretch of harbour which you can swim in and the pool was lovely. The breakfast was also very nice and everything was very clean.
