The host was very nice and the apartment had everything needed for a good stay. They cooked homemade breakfast for us and the complex where the apartment was situated had a very nice restaurant at very good prices and food. We enjoyed the pool and would definitely come back again.

Nestled in the heart of nature, Hotel Complex Trakiets is a delightful escape that offers more than just a stay; it's an experience. The serene atmosphere and the lush greenery that envelops the complex create a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The highlight of our visit was the exhilarating horseback riding adventure within the complex, which added a touch of excitement to our peaceful getaway. Trakiets truly is a gem that offers both relaxation and adventure in one beautiful package.

The outside pools were great, especially the hot mineral pool. The building might be a little old but everything is recently renovated and it's a very interesting space to explore.

Dinner and breakfast were good. The staff was very friendly. Very big and comfy bed. Outside swimming pool with a separate part for children. Several parking slots for guests.
‘Does it have a pool?’ is arguably one of the most common questions when booking a stay in any location. These hotels offer a great way to keep active during your holiday without having to hit the gym. Indoor pools allow you to practice your backstroke come rain or shine, whereas outdoor options allow you to relax on a sun lounger after swimming a few lengths.
Spacious and comfortable room and bathroom, with nice balcony and views of the mountains. Liked that there was a screen door to keep bugs out. Easy parking. Buffet style meals offered a lot of choices. Large dining area. Nice swimming pool (warm, mineral water).
Room was comfortable and food selection and quality very good in the buffet restaurant. The a la carte restaurant was also very good, with large selection of food and wines available. For a large hotel it did not feel crowded in the main buildings or grounds but the Swimming pool on Sunday was very busy and only a few spaces available to sit. During the week days it was much less crowded and plenty of spaces available. Spa facilities were as expected and the massage was good.
The whole complex is very good! The food in the restaurant and all the facilities are perfect, but in SPA the hotel’s guests can only enter in swimming pool, sauna and hot steam bath. For entering in other SPA facilities even the hotel’s guests have to pay additional. I propose to the complex to make all SPA facilities available and free for their guests and everything will be 10/10.
The hotel site is like a village, you can walk outside the "village" and everything is green and beautiful
Good breakfast, in general the dining room in the "village"area, recommended for snacks and dinner
A room with a balcony is very spacious, a room without a balcony is minimalistic (small shower)
An interesting and professional wine tour, at the end of which a gathering in an impressive hall
The indoor and outdoor pools are heated and it's fun, spa and treatments are recommended
There is much to do in the hotel vicinity, You have a spa, a great swimming pool, a zoo, a babysitting place, and lovely paved inner streets with peacocks walking about.
In general it is great for families with kids.
The spa was really amazing, the indoor and outdoor pools were supplied with mineral water. The spa centre was modern and had lots of facilities. The pool was big and clean. The food in the restaurant was tasty, the service was professional and quick. The wine was excellent indeed and the grounds of the property were well maintained.
