This villa was superb, if you are visiting the area this is the place to stay (our fellow Brits were very envious)! We came to Arbanasi because we attended a wedding at the Arbanasi Han and decided to make a holiday of it. As the gates opened we were taken a back by the outdoor area and the rest of the villa continued this on, the photos don't do this place justice! The decor is very tasteful, and we loved the football memorabilia in the games room (which was also fab!). Everything was spotless and it has everything you could possibly need (and more, if you look in the 'hidden' kitchen drawers!) and it even had a gorgeous tabby cat (we named him George) that we wanted to take home. The idea of a hot tub in the heat seemed odd but it was really nice! When we arrived the fridge was filled with food so check before you shop (we shopped en route and had a lot to get through!). There is an outdoor fridge too that you can load up with a Lidl shop (or alcohol!) We watched a storm come in sat under the terrace drinking wine, had a Jubilee BBQ and it was wonderful. The weather was in the 30s and there were just 2 storms. Our kids (3,4.9.10) had the best time (they loved netflix and air con to literally chill out!) and whilst we did visit 3 of the local tourist attractions, had it not been for the villa our holiday would have been very different. Thank you Kay and Phil, the best place we've stayed.

our amazing host came to meet us, and although it was Easter Sunday, we was as helpful as he could be, he even showed us around the house and was just amazing! He helped us with our car, we had an issue with our lights, helped us like he was a family member, he had apples and a bottle of red wine and chocolate waiting for us, and had already set up the table for us. He called us every now and then to check if we need anything, like extra towels or anything, he was just an amazing and kind and thoughtful person and we can't wait to go back to that incredible house ! the house was super clean, and super comfortable, and the place is so serene and beautiful and we called it our home for one week, we were sad we had to leave. We also enjoyed the company of the lovely cats in our garden and had lovely cherries from the cherry tree. It was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Totaly recomend this, you will absolutely love this place.

The best spa complex where I have been! Lovely place, amazing view, wonderful staff and service, delicious food in the restaurant (huge portions by the way), very friendly and polite staff, very clean, attention to the clients and the details. The best place for a family holiday, my daughter enjoyed a lot the playground, play room and the infinity pool. And the masseur...absolutely amazing!!!! The best healing massage in my life!!! Strongly recommend Complex Bolyarsko Selo & Spa!!! Definitely will visit the place again next year! Good luck to all the people who works in the complex! You are doing a great job!!! It is a beautiful hotel, large and bright room, constant heat that you could adjust to whatever degree you needed. Good and varied breakfast, decent prices at the restaurant for the rest of the meals. We really liked the pool, warm and clean water. The hotel is located in a green area with a very beautiful view. We'll come back. Arbanasi is a charming village with stone houses.
