Absolutely fantastic! Very nice hotel, great service and superb location. We have been here for one night, with my family. I don’t like to mention people in particular, but William at the reception was contacting me time to time while I was on my way to Obergurgl from Zakopane was giving me instructions which way to be fallow , great service! In general, I absolutely recommend this hotel and hope to be back.

Highly recommend for families with young kids… Loved the proximity to the learning piste (ski in-out) and the relaxation area (spa, sauna, pools, etc). Breakfast always a divine spread! The Chief makes an outstanding and well-balanced menu. I feel like I'm in a Michelin-star restaurant, and skiing is an optional bonus 😅. Of course, the whole experience is well organized. From the moment you wake up seeing mountains, through a wonderful breakfast, then going to the ski room and the lift to enjoying mountains the whole day. You can have a snack in the hotel or eat on the hill. And after skiing, in the sauna, you relax and enjoy your life in another way. In the evening, the restaurant menu and service will make unforgettable memories.
