Stepping through the entrance is like stepping into a time machine and when you leave the city skyline behind, you find yourself immersed in a wonderful "era" where you are welcomed as always, with the utmost care. To top it all off, the Host was truly one of a kind. The Host made me feel so comfortable that I felt I was in my own home. The Host was extremely professional from start to finish and in between. I travel all over the world staying in Hotels and Apartments but really this Host and this property is one of my best experiences I have experienced. Do not hesitate and book this property if you are looking for a home away from home with the best Hospitality and superb location. I would rate this 5 start by far!!!!

I definitely got value for my money staying at Crystal. The staff were all so very friendly and helpful. Check-in was super easy all over the process was smooth. plenty of parking space. The rooms were clean, but can be better. The hotel and the decor is a bit old-fashioned, but that did not bother us at all. We liked it very much for one day

Great stay. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. The facilities are 5*. Great gym, pool lounge area and the play area with swimming had lifeguards on duty. The restaurant is great for meetings or if you are a bit lazy to cook. I highly recommend and will be back!
