The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. The room and bed were comfortable. Everything was supplied. A quiet location with a small walk to the main street. Probably hard to find a better (at this price..)

There is also a nice cool veranda to sit outside and catch the breeze. The bathroom is very nice and everything was really clean. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short, and the staff were very kind and helpful in the circumstances. Highly recommended!
