Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the farm stay free of charge. The farm stay offers an outdoor swimming pool with a fence, as well as an open-air bath and luggage storage space. This is such a lovely stay in the Mekong Delta! Martin has created a wonderful oasis. If you want to experience a slice of real, rural life in the delta, then Martin's place is for you. He's clearly put a lot of thought into the rooms and making them both attractive and comfortable. He has bikes you can use for free to cycle around the village, which is a lovely way to experience the area. I also highly recommend doing his boat tour! It's a bit more expensive than the other touristic boat tours in the area, but in my opinion totally worth it. You'll see much more than with the typical tourist boats (but you'll still see the same things they see too, so you aren't missing anything), and have a much more local and enjoyable experience. I would do it again in a heartbeat. I also recommend doing the full board option and eating all your meals at Martin's, as there aren't any other restaurants nearby and also Mimi is a wonderful cook. You won't go hungry! She always prepares a feast! I'm grateful to Martin for his hospitality and whole heartedly recommend staying here to enjoy life on the Mekong delta.

Boasting an open-air bath and views of lake, BOSA Homestay - Mekong Riverside is a recently renovated homestay set in Can Tho, 7.9 km from Vincom Plaza Xuan Khanh. Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also has a family-friendly restaurant and an outdoor fireplace. The accommodation offers a shared kitchen, full-day security and currency exchange for guests. Farmer Homestay was the best and most unique accommodation we experienced while traveling in Vietnam. After the overwhelming and fun experience in Saigon, this was such a peaceful setting to wake up to the morning birds' songs (and roosters). This place is a labor of love by Bosa, Phoenix and family. They will make you feel at home, with amazing home cooked meals, music and wonderful conversations. The hot inside shower was enjoyed by us, the parents, while the kids loved the outside experience. We also highly recommend Bosa’s tour to the floating markets and biking around the village. Bosa was very communicative right from the point we made the booking and ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay. We hope to return soon!

A beautiful little home away from home on the peaceful mekong delta. I had a little trouble finding the place so I called and someone came to find me instantly. I arrived a little later than expected and they gracefully gave me a free upgrade on my room due to availability. I was very grateful for the upgrade and they had prepared a vegetarian dinner for me, which was absolutely delicious. After a long drive, it was just what I needed. The doggy on site was really friendly and played with my doggy. Laying in the hammock on the balcony and night reading or meditating was perfect. Would definitely come back next time 😍🥰

There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. The holiday home features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Incredibly unique and lovely place with a host (Dao) who is always helpful. We loved the fact the hotel faces onto a walkway along one of the tributaries of the Mekong. It can get a little noisy with the river traffic but my family never had an issue with the noise when we were sleeping. And the river traffic just adds to the feel that you are in the middle of the local life. As mentioned previously, the host, Dao, was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our requests. She went out of her way to make sure we were able to do our laundry our last night at the hotel and even offered to scooter us to the laundromat. We wish we had more time to stay and chat with Dao but our schedule was pretty packed during our stay.

The lady,Tu, who manages for the owner is sweet and very helpful. Nuce to be in a quiet neighborhoood.
