Nice kitchen where we could make breakfast before heading out. Three full bathrooms made it very convenient during our stay. Great showers with good water pressure in all.

Welcome to The Cottages, a serene yet lively boutique lodging experience in the heart of Menlo Park. Bordered by a magnificent redwood grove, this quaint paradise is just steps away from the lively energy of local shops and restaurants, providing both an avenue to lively experiences and a nourishing retreat amongst serene landscape centuries in the making. The staff were warm, welcoming and made me feel like I was a treasured guest. The breakfast was a delicious combination of options from fruit, to porridge to omelette and more. They connected me to a local bike shop, just one block away and then spent a day exploring the area. The hotel is well located and visiting the Stanford University grounds was special.

I recently stayed at the Good Nite Redwood 2-star hotel and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I appreciated that I could leave my belongings in the room and feel safe about it, as security seemed to be taken seriously. One aspect of the hotel that I appreciated was its quietness. I'm a light sleeper, so I was concerned that noise would be an issue, but I didn't have any trouble sleeping during my stay. Additionally, the staff was accommodating. They were always available to answer any questions or help with any concerns. I must give a big thanks to the lady at the front desk that has the night shift. She was very nice. Overall, I highly recommend the Good Nite Redwood 2-star hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay. The clean rooms, quiet atmosphere, and helpful staff made for a pleasant experience, and I would consider staying here again.
