Knew I needed to ice ASAP or would end up not going out. Left my room and could barely walk. I asked a maid where the ice machine was. She told me I had to go to front desk to get ice. I thanked her and limped away. I took 2 steps and the maid who answered my question offer to get the ice for me. I wanted to cry because I knew I could not walk that far and she realized this. There truly are nice people still in bay area. Made my trip because I used the ice for 3 days. Wish I got her name. I looked for as I wanted to tip her

I want to give a special shoutout to Donald J, who helped me a lot during my stay. He helped me get groceries, find food, and even gave me rides to my campus. It made me feel like I was at home even though I was in a new place. I also want to mention Mary, another staff member who was really nice and made my stay better. The rooms were really clean, and the service was great. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. Especially if it's your first time visiting the U.S., this hotel is a great place to start getting used to life here.
