The Del Mar Fairgrounds are 7 minutes’ drive away. Situated right on the beachfront, the location can’t be beat. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to store our luggage as we arrived early via Uber. Comfy bed and the room was quiet. Great features such as filtered water and espresso machines and an honesty bar too. The outdoor lounge area with music is such a nice touch. The nearby grassy knoll park to the south is gorgeous too.

The rooms were neat and clean , bedding , extra storage place , the kitchen- spotlessly tidy and well maintained . The washrooms were very clean. The apartments interior and every thing was well kept. Felt cozy getting back after a chilling cold day outside. Extra pillows and throws and comforters were provided. My son had lovely time in the hall and balcony with a nice view. A special mention about the caring and warm host - Bobby and Janet - from entry to exit - was seamlessly well in touch that everything goes smooth for their guests. I had checked In late - post working hour - Bobby was sweet enough to guide through all the way as we come from a different country - very very happy and awesome experience - both owner and their property is worth a mention and I definitely recommend it to those who want a lovely experience worth every penny.
