The Queen bed was very comfortable and the TV had many channels. front desk staff was so helpful and accommodating. Exceeded our expectations, especially for such a low rating on the website definitely was much nicer than the photos made it look. great value for money..

Good location, quiet. Travel plans changed at the last minute, had to take our Blue Heeler cattle dog with us, and this is NOT a pet friendly motel. The manager approved allowing the dog in the Van, as long as it did not come on the premises, which was very helpful. There is a green belt/bike, hiking trail across the street which was perfect for walking the dog off property.
Extremely comfortable bed, best dreaming I’ve had in a while. Peaceful secluded location away from traffic and city noise, and just 10-15 mins away from Carmel and Monterey Bay. Very pet friendly, loved seeing all the dogs with neighboring cottages. My cottage had a nice fenced patio which is perfect for pets.
It was beautiful. The price, location and view was perfect for our little get away for the night. The fact that it was pet friendly was awesome since we could bring our dog and didn’t have to leave her at home.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. Aside from a few dogs barking here and there (As they are pet friendly) it was peaceful and quiet. Property is closely located to the beach, about a 5-7 minute walk. Was clean and well kept on the outside.
The place was very clean and quiet, and the location was walking distance to the ocean. Also, it’s pet-friendly, and even though we didn’t bring a pet, we enjoyed seeing other people’s dogs. The kids loved having a tv in every room.
We enjoyed so much about our stay. We had one of the best views we could have asked for, the room was very chic and the hotel itself is gorgeous. The location is one of the best in downtown Monterey. I will be honest, when deciding on which hotel to book knowing this one is a pet friendly hotel I was worried about the condition our room would be in (smell and cleanliness) but if a dog had ever been in our room before we would never know it! The stay overall was fantastic.

Very friendly accommodating staff. The location was a short walk to the beach and some places to eat. Pet friendly is very important which made it fun for my dog as well. Coffee, fridge, and microwave always a plus!
