We had an emergency right after checking in. My daughter had to be taken to the hospital. I wish I knew the names of the people who helped us. They called ambulance, they helped to keep my 9 yr old grandson calmed down. They handled the situation professionally and with compassion. We didn't even get to stay one night. We will be back for our little vacation we had planned

Staff was very friendly . Decent breakfast , disappointed there were not waffles ( pancakes were a little rubbery and potatoes to herby for my taste) , breakfast selection was ok . Liked the wooded area off patio, glad they are dog friendly ( though I feel $25.00 a night for a pet is a little steep). Plus the refundable 100.00 deposit (asking a lot for this class of hotel). Good location. Pool and hot tub decent.
I mistakenly thought this hotel was listed as pet friendly, and it was not. Since we had already paid the deposit and our dogs were small, we were allowed to stay with an extra deposit. It was very nice of the hotel manager to allow that. Our actual stay was great, room was nice and the location was good
Great safe location right off the freeway, easy for a quick sleep on our way to Chicago. Very clean place with a comfy bed, super pet friendly and a good breakfast spread. Empty lot across the street for some off leash time for our dog and a coffee shop up the street with a park there too.
Did not eat breakfast. We were turned away. We booked the rooms because it said pet friendly. When we got there, we were told they did not allow cats. The info should read dog friendly or they should tell you that cats are not permitted. We went out for the Kansas City vs Buffalo game. We booked the room because it was close. We ended up having to drive 2 hours to the game and 2 hours back to our hotel. The hotel we had to book was at best a half star hotel, besides. But we were left with no choice just hours before the game.
it was a really good price for a decent stay! i was sad the pool wasn’t open yet but it was a good location and 100% pet friendly! there was even a small field in the back with baggies to pick up after your dog. the staff was exceptional and I would stay again!

Good location, like that it’s pet friendly and that your door goes directly outside instead of having to take the dog sown a hall, or elevator, and through a lobby just to go potty. Staff was super friendly, and the price is less expensive than other places in town. Room was clean. If you just need a clean place to lay your head, this is the place.
