It’s few and far between when you come across a hotel doing things their way, and succeeding! The free happy hour drinks and meal at night was outstanding, rooms are clean, breakfast had a decent selection. The overall vibe in this hotel is fantastic! It was booked out, IHG across the road wasn’t and there is a reason why!

Situato a Vicksburg, l'Anchuca Historic Mansion & Inn offre sistemazioni a 1,1 km dal Vicksburg Convention Center. The house was a fabulous piece of history and a bonus to have a swimming pool. We had a wonderful dinner in the library which was a lovely treat and the food was excellent, I would definitely recommend dinner there. Breakfast was also lovely. The owners are a lovely local young couple who took time out to chat to everyone.

The hotel & room were very clean and new. We had a king room which i was extremely impressed by the size of the room. The reception staff were very nice, welcoming and extremely helpful we really enjoyed staying here. The breakfast was great as well. The hotel provided earplugs which i didn’t understand until during the night when I could hear the person in the next room snoring!! At first i thought it was my husband but this time - no - the noise was coming from the next hotel room. The new build walls must be thin - the free earplugs were greatfully accepted and used. Our overall stay was great and i would recommend staying here i would say 10/10 because how clean everywhere was.
