The property is located 1.9 km from Copley Square and from the Museum of Fine Arts. Northeastern University is 2.4 km away and Logan Airport is 7 km from the hotel. Hotel blew me away - the staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful and truly seemed to love working there, and wanted to go out of their way to make our stay special. The rooms were huge, the beds very comfortable. Coffee machine in the room, modern bathrooms, free waters, lobby coffee on tap, breakfast bagels and waffles were great and the kids loved the swimming pool. Location was a 5-10min walk to Newbury Str, but only 1minute to Fenway Park.

New facility and very nice lobby. Rooms had updated window fixtures. Bathroom was also spacious. Hot breakfast available every day. All the staff was very friendly.

From the concierge, reception, cleaning as well as the bar staff in the bar downstairs, the service is impeccable and nothing is too much. We stayed for Boston Marathon and you couldn't have had a better location!! Even better, the hotel put on an amazing runners breakfast including bagels, porridge and gu gels! Then after the marathon they put on a finishers party which included lots of great food and drinks. The bar downstairs is great, but the restaurant at the top is bad. The staff are rude and the food is poor, but this restaurant is not run by the same owners as the hotel.
