However, we had an event but I was a bit distrub. The coordinator I spoke with Was great however, I would speak with her and she would okay my thought and I would get an email from another person stating that is not there policy. I felt that transparency should be have been upfront at always.

The front desk receptionist was knowledgeable and super friendly. The breakfast was also way better than any other I have had at any other hotel.

He greeted me like I was a friend and gave me some champagne;) We really liked the fire pit. Our family was able to have a common area with our friends who also came so that we could fellowship and have meals together.

The bar atmosphere was great, they had a DJ on both nights which made it lively without being too much

The property is non-smoking and is located 37 km from Spivey Hall. The breakfast was quite good....some more fruit and yogurt varieties would have been nice. Some apples at the check in desk is always appreciated.

Also the facilities, especially the pool and sunbeds - we made use of the cabana. The rooms were very well-equipped and very stylish. The design of the whole property was thoughtfully done. I was especially impressed by the flow of the design from entering the lobby which flowed into the lounge/bar area and then on into the restaurant. even the elevators looked stylish! The bed we slept in was very comfortable and the bathroom was very well laid out. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar which again was designed with a fantastic view of the city, river and bridge. The sunset from the rooftop bar was amazing!

Everything was nice except I originally booked a walk in shower but didn't get that.
