It was close to Main street-- easy access to the main routes and close drive to all the downtown restaurants, ice cream shops, and movie theater. The open floor plan of the living room and kitchen/dining room table made it easy for our family to spend time together. Our favorite portion of the house was the sun room where you can relax to read and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The back patio is spacious and we enjoyed some dinners outside. The communication by Vacassa prior to check in was great and the binder left by the owners was helpful, particularly regarding places to eat. Overall, the space was pleasant and welcoming. We would definitely rent again if we come back to Chatham.

Their place is lovely, beds are extremely comfy, breakfast is amazing, make sure you try Josh’s specials! My partner and I had a great time and we will definitely be returning to visit the neighborhood and spend our stay at Queen Vic!
