The location of Viceroy Kopaonik Serbia is not only beautiful, but convenient. Kopaonik Ski Centre is a few steps away, and the nearest airport is Belgrade International Airport, easily reachable 80 kilometres away. The whole family enjoyed their stay at this hotel. From the moment of arrival to the moment of departure we enjoyed ourselves and were serviced/helped with great staff that were friendly and willing to help. The location was amazing, our room faced the mountain side so we had a daily view to remember. The room was a good size and the bathroom/shower was amazing. The wellness/spa centre was great as well. We enjoyed the massage service, that was given professionally and with care. Hotel is right across the ski fields and lift so there really wasnt much walking required at all. There is a ski hire store in the hotel though their prices are high compared to watch you would get if you just go to a store outside the hotel. The lockers are not as costly and are a great feature to use after a day of skiing. You basically poot on your boots, grab your skiis and in five minutes you are on the lifts heading up the mountain. (Granted, when its not a school holiday etc. and there arent a whole lot of people)

The location is great, a lot of Belgrade's major points are in walking distance. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with a variety of food. The staff were extremely helpful, always called taxi when I needed, provided useful tips etc. Among them, Anita was particularly forthcoming and warm, and any questions I had were answered with patience and a smile. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The aparthotel offers a seating area with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and shower. This is one of the best spa resorts money can buy. Everything was amazing. Comfortable apartment, prompt and polite staff, clean spa center with many amenities, massage was awesome, and the food in the restaurant delicious. We will visit again and again.
