Set in Ferreira do Alentejo, in a historic building, 48 km from Flour Museum, SOLAR DOS FRADES is a recently renovated guest house with an outdoor swimming pool and spa and wellness centre. The property features garden and quiet street views, and is 21 km from Represa. The guest house has family rooms. The property was beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for three adults. The windows/shutters were gorgeous! The manager/staff were polite and helpful. We traveled in January, so we didn’t make use of the outdoor amenities, but would love to return in the future.

The very delicious breakfast was offered in little baskets and brought to the house. The kitchen is well equipped. And it was very quiet and relaxing! We‘ll be back!

We stopped here for one night on our way to Lisbon but wished we could have more time! Rooms are spacious, ranch is lovely (with farm animals, swing and kittens). We stayed in Feb, but can imagine a nice summer night there. Breakfast is excellent as per other reviews, and the hostess even reserved a local restaurant for us so that we could have dinner there on Sunday night.

The unit has accommodation in double, twin and triple rooms. The twin room features access for guests with limited mobility. All units come with a cable TV and a private bathroom. Friendly owners. We received many useful tips and were happy to chat during the breakfast. Quiet and clean place. Great breakfast.

The room was spacious and beautifully designed, the service and food were excellent, and the grounds were absolutely stunning.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel was convenient to Serpa as well as wineries and other interesting sites in the area. Beautiful sunsets and wonderfully clear stargazing at night.
