This hotel is the best place if you want to relax, meditate and generally be away from the crowd. It is over 1 hour drive from the airport with not much around - which we loved. The restaurant was also very good with lots of choice. The pool area was perfect for relaxing and watch the sunrise. The staff are very nice, always making sure we had what we needed, and also drove us to the beach. (you can also walk there). The owners were amazing and made sure we had the best stay. We were there for 4 days and could have stayed longer. We loved everything about it and will be back for sure.

This place was beautiful! Lovely large apartment with lots of space to relax. We spent a few days here to unwind and sort out or visa and it was the perfect spot. The host is very nice and loves to cook. We came home from the city to fresh pasta that she made for us and also paella one night. She also allowed us to use her kitchen facilities which was greatly appreciated. Would stay here again!

Rooms are very small and come with the traditional tiny bathroom but absolutely perfect for those travelling on a budget. Breakfast was lovely and tuk-tuks into town were readily available and affordable. The location was further out than we realised, but it wasn’t a problem to grab a tuk-tuk and we found some good local restaurants nearby.

They make you feel at home from minute one, as soon as you arrive. The cabins are very nice and all the spaces are clean and tidy. Another advantage of staying in Banana Grove is that you can rent motorbikes and book boat tours right there. It has been an incredible experience and the site is highly recommended, if I could come back, I would repeat!
