It was a place filled with love, and I even had the pleasure of getting acquainted with a unique New Zealand bird called Tui. What a special experience! The cottage is equipped with all the amenities one could wish for, and it was impeccably clean. It's evident that you pay great attention to every detail. What made my stay truly unforgettable was Kerry and Jo. Their extraordinary warmth and hospitality are unmatched. This has been by far the best value and most comfortable accommodation I've experienced in New Zealand. It truly feels like a home away from home. The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. What a lovely little oasis. The staff were super friendly and the outside tub was great on a cold wet evening to warm up!

She provided different kinds of breakfast, helped take care of the dirty dishes and laundry and she left a lovely message and snack for us every day! We enjoyed all the details, decorations, garden and we did stargazing at the back porch at night!

We had a wonderful relaxing time there. The free breakfast was stunning, including juice, a wide range of cereal choices, home made white bread and home made fruit loaf. A wide choice of spreads included home made apricot jam and marmalade. A high end coffee machine was easy to use and produced lovely coffee. There were free drinks (including beer) in the communal refrigerator,
