The pool was really cool with the natural rock. It has a very large courtyard and was perfect for our little dog to walk around. It was quiet, but great location to eating places.

The property is in a great location… close to the beach and a great restaurant, La Negrita.. it was well-equipped with air-con, a tv and wifi and even had a private back yard which our dog loved running about in! 🐕
Everything was perfect here. Mariana was a perfect host along with Chiqui, her dog. The room was well appointed and the kitchen was large, clean and modern. The pool was lovely,in the sun until 5pm Car parking was on site and the location was a 5 minute walk to the square. Nearby was a laundry,3.25kg cost 61 Mxn. Close to three groceries and even an Irish pub. Fantastic stay. Highly recommended.
Pet-friendly and a great location. Rooms were a good size and bathrooms recently renovated. Location makes it totally worth it. Community fridge/dining room and always stocked with free water. Also, not immediately intuitive, but a great little coffee shop/churrería on the rooftop, accessible through the lobby. A nice little escape from our life on the Riviera Maya.

The location is very central to most sites. Street parking nearby. Very pet friendly. The rooms are large and quiet, cozy. Very comfortable. Although the photos make it look dark, there is plenty of light in the right spaces. There is ample space to hang and store clothes and seating for 2 guests. The bed was superbly comfortable. Massive shower.
The staff were wonderful and the feeling of personal touch was really welcoming. The hotel itself has a beautiful style mixing old world and very typical traditional styles - making the whole experience really nice. The are especially dog friendly - much more than any other typical pet-friendly hotel - this was really where the whole stay became more like a home away from home. Service was beautifully friendly with a very welcoming personal touch - more like staying with friends of family than a hotel.
The location was perfect for walking around Merida, there was easy parking around the corner. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I especially liked the pillows. They brought our chihuahua a dog bed. The staff was super friendly, especially Yenlu. When we couldn't find a dog sitter, she even watched our dog so we could go to Chichén Itzá. I would definitely recommend staying there.
Everything was great, food in the hotel wasn't amazing but with Valladolid on your doorstep you're spoiled for choice. The rooms were large, the bathrooms excellent (massive bathtub). The staff were extremely helpful in organising transport to airports/town/cenotes and a big bonus was the hotel dog/cat combo.
