They arranged drivers for us to different places, including one to Nuwara Eliya who turned out to be the nicest person we met in Sri Lanka. They took care of everything for us, making our time in Kandy hassle-free. Overall, we had a wonderful experience thanks to the hotel staff. We'd definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kandy. It's like a home away from home.
