Tokyo Chinzanso Hotel is a 25-minute taxi ride from JR Tokyo Train Station. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Edogawabashi Subway Station. It has a very nice atmosphere if you like classic design. A bit too Western but beautiful. The Gardens are spectacular. Make sure you see the Silk Clouds and Tokyo Moon show. I recommend experiencing it both in the evening and during the day. Nice spa, although onsen has only one pool. Very clean.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, cleanliness and coziness of the rooms, beds were very comfortable. the location is great with lots of facilities around the hotel and a Metro station. Room Service was great!

Food was great - gym in particular was excellent esp the pool. I also did two spa service which were wonderful. Attention to detail through and through. The room was surprisingly large. I was here for the Tokyo marathon and the hotel even surprised me afterwards with an after marathon health food gift.

Location really convenient, right in the city center of Tokyo, coming from Haneda took only 35 mins by train, also very close to Tokyo Station and Disneyland. The house was quite comfortable, especially for my elderly parents. As vegetarians we appreciated having such a a nice kitchen to make our own meals since it is very difficult to find affordable vegetarian restaurants in Japan. The baby cot was also really useful. Overall, a good spot for a family trip.
