We stayed one night, we were so tired that we decided to stay in and order a pizza. Check in was smooth, there is a lock box with a code. Check out was easy as well. There is a grocery store nearby and a pizza place close to the building. You could hear some voice from the neighbors but nothing crazy. We were welcomed with cold water in the fridge, sweets, snacks and coffee pods and tea. It was nice you enjoy a cup of coffee when we got there. We had a very good experience, highly recommended place if you are visiting La Spezia or Cinque Terre.
