Beds are comfortable too. *Cost*: for all the comforts this property provides according to my experience it was value for money. *Owner*: the gentleman was very helpful and very courteous about everything we approached him for. He would not hesitate to help to make it a comfortable stay for you. *Verdict*: It was a great enjoyable, relaxing and a comfortable stay at this property.

Calangute and baga beachs are just 1 KM from there. W loved the Pool area Free wifi, Modern Kitchen, fridge inside the room itself to keep ur beers chilled what else one want while coming to Goa. The Place is totally safe for Girls and Family. 3 Room boys are there all the time to keep ur rooms clean
