This was the first hotel in Hungary, where I felt that people/staff want to deliver their best and improve every day. Zsolt Tajtyi, is the key for their success I think. I really appreciated, that waiters were well trained, you get the service, you would expect anywhere in the world at 5* hotel. Imre Varju is responsible for the dishes, he managed to bring the goulash soup to completely different level. We will definitely come back. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and very calm. The dining experience in the evening is a must have.
