Surrounded by countryside, the popular Forest of Dean is less than 16 miles away. A beautiful country house with two wonderful hosts. Very good breakfast. The best place we stayed in our british holiday, would love to stay there again in the future. A big 'thank you' to Iola and Michael for their warm welcome.

Lea House Bed and Breakfast is a former 16th-century coaching inn which features a walled garden, free Wi-Fi and free on-site parking. Many original features have been retained, such as exposed beams, an inglenook fireplace and antiques. Lovely comfy bed. Superb breakfast and friendly proprietors who couldn’t do enough for us. Will definitely be using again.

All of the light and airy rooms at Norton House provide in-room private bathrooms, TVs, Tea & Coffee making facilities. Norton House Bed & Breakfast & Cottages also offers The Cider Loft and Apple Store which are self-catering cottages. Norton House was welcoming and beautiful! The rooms were comfortable and inviting. The water pressure was great, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely delicious!

In the pretty market town of Ross-on-Wye, the family-run Bridge House has a large garden overlooking the river. Most rooms have views of the water or the 12th-century ruins of Wilton Castle, just 2 minutes’ walk from the building. The location was amazing, right on the River Wye with beautiful gardens. The breakfast he best we have ever experienced in a hotel - the breakfast room was lovely. Very large selection and everything beautifully cooked.

Situated in Newland, in a historic building, 35 km from Kingsholm Stadium, Romantic Wye Valley Country House Studio Apartment - Dog Friendly is a recently renovated apartment with a garden and bar. With garden views, this accommodation features a patio. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. We stayed for 3 nights and it was exceptional! Check in was easy, just arrive and retrieve your key from the lock box. We were delighted to find some bubbly and snacks after a long drive. Very clean and beautifully decorated, you can tell a lot of thought went into everything. We had the best nights sleep on a very comfy bed. The apartment came with everything you might need, a hair dryer, iron, fan, electric radiator and even some capsules for the washing machine. Raymond and Neil have done a wonderful job. We will definitely be returning.

The warm welcome,how accomadating it was for dogs as well,and the style and beautiful design made me want to re decorate my house,,very well equipped and cleanliness was second to none. Owners had thought of everything and were always on hand but not intrusive, just what you.want when relaxing on holiday.
