I love the idea of turning a farmstead into varying self catering accommodations. The setting was perfect! The room we stayed in was huge! It was clean, the shower had great water pressure and temperature control. The bed was comfy too. We enjoyed walking around the property. There's a washer and dryer on-site too that appears to be free to use.

Its oak-panelled bistro serves fresh, Scottish cuisine and over 300 wines. The place is very beautiful and classic. If you are into these kinds of hotel themes, I definitely recommend it. Also, the staff were very helpful, polite, and professional, and I look for it in every hotel I travel to. The breakfast was nice too and delicious. My rooms were clean & tide. The services were great and fast, I asked for a room with a view & they provided quickly, this alone is enough for me to come back again to this hotel if I travelled in the future. A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also featured, as well as a kettle. At the holiday park, each unit comes with bed linen and towels. Sam is the best hostess in the world! Super friendly, presented us with eggs from the farm itself. She has several animals: horses, sheep, chickens, oxen and even a family of wonderful pheasants. The place is new, super well equipped and surprisingly spacious. Very comfortable for 4 people. An unforgettable experience!

You get everything you need in a wonderful decorated and quite new small and cosy cabin. the owener is a wonderful man and extremly helpful. The location is THE perfect start for your walk on the West Highland Way. Located just outside of Milngavie you have easy access to the starting point. If you come by bus, ask the driver to let you get off right at the reception or get a taxi at the train station (where the bus stops too). I can recommend that place warmly to everyone.
